Cedar privacy fence installation by Leeonitis Contracting London Ontario

Fences that actually last

We install cedar privacy fences, horizontal slat fences, post-and-rail, wire mesh, and custom configurations. Posts are set properly with concrete footings below the frost line — which is the main reason other fences fail in 5 years. Ours don't.

Best forHomeowners with kids or dogs who need containment; anyone replacing leaning or rotted fence sections.
TimelineMost residential fence installs complete in 1–3 days.
Key benefitPosts set below frost line — the reason most fences fail prematurely, done right from day one.

Interlocking stone patio with decorative border and steps by Leeonitis Contracting London Ontario

Patios, walkways & interlocking stone

Interlocking stone done right needs a properly compacted base, correct drainage, and edge restraints that don't shift. Done wrong it heaves and separates within two winters. We do it right — which is why our patios still look good years later.

Best forHomeowners wanting a permanent, low-maintenance outdoor surface that adds real value.
TimelineTypical patio install takes 3–7 days depending on size and complexity.
Key benefitProperly engineered base means no heaving, shifting, or weeds taking over in year two.
What's included
  • Excavation & grading
  • Compacted base prep
  • Interlocking stone
  • Paver patios
  • Curved walkways
  • Fire pit areas
  • Edge restraints
  • Drainage planning

Large engineered granite block retaining wall on hillside by Leeonitis Contracting London Ontario

Retaining walls that hold

Retaining walls are an engineering problem before they're an aesthetic one. We assess the slope, soil type, and drainage requirements before we pick a block. Then we build walls that actually retain — with proper batter, drainage aggregate, and geogrid reinforcement on larger builds.

Best forProperties with slopes, erosion issues, or unstable grading that's eating into usable yard space.
TimelineSmall walls 2–4 days. Large engineered walls 1–2 weeks.
Key benefitSolves the actual drainage and structural problem — not just covers it up with something that looks good for a year.
What's included
  • Site assessment
  • Excavation
  • Drainage aggregate
  • Block installation
  • Geogrid (large walls)
  • Cap & finishing

Fresh concrete pad being finished by Leeonitis Contracting London Ontario

Concrete. Done clean.

Shed pads, garage pads, driveway aprons, walkways, steps, and structural footings. Concrete work is mostly about what happens before the truck shows up — proper grade, compacted sub-base, and correctly placed rebar. We don't shortcut the prep.

Best forAnyone needing a concrete pad for a shed, garage, hot tub, or structure; driveway or walkway replacement.
TimelineMost concrete pads complete in 1–2 days. Cure time is 7–28 days before full load.
Key benefitProperly prepared sub-base means no cracking or settling in the first freeze season.

Outdoor structure framing in progress by Leeonitis Contracting London Ontario

Outdoor structures built to stand

Freestanding gazebos, attached pergolas, shade structures, and custom outdoor rooms. We build from scratch or assemble and anchor kit structures properly — because a gazebo that blows over in the first windstorm was never actually installed correctly.

Best forHomeowners who want defined outdoor living space that works in rain and sun.
TimelineTypically 2–5 days depending on structure size and foundation type.
Key benefitProperly anchored and footed — not just sitting on pavers waiting for the next windstorm.
