Is the estimate really free? +
Yes. We come to your property, assess the job, and give you a written quote at no charge. No commitment to move forward.
How long does the estimate take? +
Usually 30–60 minutes on site depending on scope. We look at the whole picture — drainage, grade, access, existing structures — before we give a number.
Do you handle permits? +
Yes. Where permits are required — decks over 24 inches, retaining walls over certain heights, new structures — we handle the City of London permit process. We tell you upfront what your project requires.
Will my quote change after I accept it? +
No — unless you change the scope. The number on the written quote is the number on the invoice. The only exception is if you add something or we discover something genuinely unexpected (rare, and always communicated before proceeding).
Do you sub-contract work out? +
No. Your job stays with our crew. We don't broker work to cheaper sub-contractors. The people who show up on day one are the people who finish the job.
What areas do you cover? +
We're based in London and serve the full city plus St. Thomas, Strathroy, Ingersoll, Woodstock, and Tillsonburg. If you're outside these areas, call and ask — we evaluate on a job-by-job basis.
